Return Policy: For instance, FillItAgain.com guarantees its recycled/remanufactured cartridges 100% against defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase. Each cartridge is post-tested on our own OEM printers and must meet rigid standards to be approved before it is released to the customer. If our cartridge develops a problem before it is more than 50% used, the customer will receive full credit toward the purchase of another recycled cartridge. All cartridges eventually fail, so we cannot replace defective cores.
